Jeffrey Bergeron - Breckenridge Town Council Memeber
Jeffrey Bergeron has lived in or around Breckenridge for almost thirty winters. Under the name "Biff America" he has appeared on local, regional, and national TV and radio shows. He also writes a syndicated newspaper column for Backcountry Magazine. His wife Ellen and he spearheaded the Open Space Ballot Initiative which has provided millions of tax dollars for the purchase of open space.
If asked, Jeffrey will admit to being the most handsome council person--an assertion that has garnered some resentment from his fellow officials as has his self proclaimed designation as "#1 council person". When not serving the public or working in the media Bergeron skis more than a 100 days a year, bicycles at least that much and does lots of housework while his wife skis and bikes.
