Michael Penny- Frisco Town Manager
Penny came to Frisco in 2004 from Ouray. Before that, he held several positions within the Boulder City government. Penny graduated from the University of Colorado with a Master's Degree in Public Administration. In 2008, Penny continued his education by attending the prestigious Harvard Kennedy School of Government. The three-week course boosted Penny's leadership and political skills.
